Luego de verificar el cumplimiento de los presupuestos adjetivos y sustantivos de las recusaciones presentadas, la Corte procede a RECHAZARLAS por impertinentes.
Lo anterior, porque quienes las propusieron no se encuentran legitimados; por la ausencia de la debida justificación y, porque se estiman inexistentes las condiciones sustantivas.
